Impotence is the failure to reach erection or ejaculation. Reduced or inadequate blood circulation to penis causes impotence. Impotence can be caused due to stress, smoking, drug, medicine,wrong diet , alcohol, and psychological factors.

Good nutrition can support erectile function by improving overall health.

  • Avoid fast food, canned and frozen foods. Eat whole, fresh, unprocessed and unrefined foods.
  • Avoid fried food, junk food and sugar
  • Eat fruits, vagetable, whole grains, nuts, olive oil. Follow a high fibre diet
  • Redce your intake of animal products.
  • Avoid foods with high cholesterol.
